TO ORDER
You can either e-mail us at cecilimose@aol.com
or you can call 972-466-4400. If you don't reach us,
just leave your message and we will contact you as soon
as possible. Please be specific when ordering. Especially
with patterns. Make sure you state either pattern or
clothing, item number and description if needed. I will
then let you know via email if the item is still
available and if so, what your shipping charges will be,
which will include USPS Priority Shipping and insurance.
The item will then be marked reserved until the payment
arrives. Payments must be made within 10 days of order
confirmation or item will be placed back for
sale.

INFORMATION
We
accept checks, money orders, Paypal and now Mastercard
and Visa. Please confirm availability of items before
sending credit card information. Money orders and credit
cards will be shipped immediately, but checks must clear
before we can ship; usually a 10 day holding period is
required.
Return
Policy and disclaimer
It is very difficult to find vintage clothing in mint
condition and we will do our best to describe any
problems with the item. We will also try to get the most
accurate measurements, but depending on the cut of the
garment, approximations may be made. If you are unhappy
with your purchase please e-mail us at cecilimose@aol.com
within 24 hrs of delivery stating your intent to return.
We are not a catalog mail order company. Please do not
purchase 10 items with the intent on keeping one and
returning the others. If multiple items are being
returned, a 20% restocking fee will be subtracted from
the refund. The items returned must be shipped with
insurance and must be received within 6 working days.
Upon our receiving the package, a refund will be mailed
next day for the full amount of the item, less any
shipping charges.
*Patterns
and graveyard items are not returnable ask any questions
before ordering.
