Description: This is a gorgeous one piece, 1890's gown in a rusty orange silk taffeta burgundy velvet. The gown has a v-neckline with a center front pantel in velvet. Ivory lace inset down teh front and around the neckline. A small bow adorns the center. Dart fitted and boned bodice. Big, pouf, set in sleeves have shoulder wings in velvet. The sleeves fall to a self ruffle band and flounce at the bottom edge. The back bodice has a v-inset of velvet and in the ivory lace with tuck banding along the edge. The velvet skirt is dart fitted through the hips and has a gathered ruffle in the taffeta along the hemline. A ribbon sash and bow falls over the left hip to the front. A matching bow is a little further down on the skirt. The back of the skirt flows from the back bodice in multiple inverted pleats that flow out into a stunning train, also trimmed in matching ruffle. The velvet front skirt hooks over the taffeta skirt at the center back.

Condition: The dress is in really great condition. The back has had some altering where the velvet overlaps the taffeta that is a little weird. There is a two inch, mended tear 1/3 of the way down on the left had side velvet. and a 3" repair on the back left side waist. There are tears in the skirt backing.
