Description:
This is a c.1860 bodice in black silk. Princess
seamed with released tucks pointing upward from the
waist to gathers across the piped neckline. Hook
and eye closures down the center back. Small pocket
attached at the waist. Dropped shoulders are self
piped with short sleeves. Shirred panel along the
base of the arm with a box pleated ruffle along the
hem. Fully lined in brown polished
cotton.
