Description: This is a great little 1890's bustle pad. The pad is in a red and blue stripe on muslin. Two pads attached to a muslin waistband. The top section is filled with straw. The lower has a metal coil on the outer edge. Crochet lace runs the edge of the smaller pad. Label: None Condition: Is very dirty from age and some rust stains from the metal coils.
