Description:
This is a lovely garden party hat from the late
60's. The black hat has a wide brim in stiff
buckram with a black velvet bound edge. Resting
over the top of the brim, 8 layers of rayon tulle
that delicately falls over the stiffened brim. Deep
crown in plastic straw with a black velvet ribbon
at the base. Large white cabbage roses adorn the
sides.

Fabulous condition. There is a dime size section of
white paint on the under brim, it's not very
bright.
