Description:
This is a gorgeous hat in black velvet and silk,
from the late 70's. The hat, is all about
counterbalance. Worn with a tilt is balanced with a
small crown top under the brim as well as the
positioning of the large taffeta wings. The hat is
a black felt crown with a velvet covered felt,
curved edge brim. Large wings in black silk with a
velvet knot at the center sweep off the top of the
hat.
