Description: This is an early 40's topper in a dark green wool felt (darker than the photos show). The little hat has a small brim and a tall, indented crown. Wool felt band circles the base of the crown. Brown velvet piping edges the brim and covers the underbrim. Velvet ruffles are clustered at the back for decoration.
