Description:
This is a fun skimmer in white woven raffia type
straw. Narrow crown and wide brim. Black chiffon is
rouched along the front edge of the brim and also
slides through the crown and wraps to one side.
Black netting circles the back edge of the brim and
ties to a bow in the back. Elastic strap counter
balances the tilt of the hat over the forehead.
