Description:
This is a fabulous shirt waist from c.1910. The
blouse has a yellowish tint to the cotton netting.
The blouse has a stand collar in machine lace. Rows
of pin tucks and machine lace fall from the
shoulder seams and neckline over the chest. Long,
set in sleeves have large poufs to below the elbow
and then have long tapered lower sleeves. The
sleeves have insets of lace and the lower sleeves
are decorated with lace and pin tucks. A lace
ruffle at the wrist. Hook and eye closures down the
back.

There is some spotting on the back, below the waist
tape. On the left lower sleeve and one on the right
wrist ruffle.
