Description:
This is a stunning dress bodice from c.1913. The
bodice is a gorgeous black Chantilly lace! Ivory
net chemise with an overlay of pink silk chiffon.
Ivory silk tulle heavily embroidered in gold
bullion threading adorns the front. Overblouse of
black lace has fold back revers piped in black
silk. Midici collar in black has an inner collar of
the pink chiffon and the embroidered net. Net
ruffle along the dropped shoulder seam with an
unlined lower sleeve. Asymmetrical ruffle around
the wrist with a silk ribbon band and bow at the
wrist. Snap closures down the front.
