Description:
This is a ladies dress bodice, c1908, in black silk
with a white windowpane pattern. The dress has a
yoke of ivory crochet lace backed in ivory muslin.
Piped neck band in pink velvet ribbon with black
and white beading around the neck. Vestee type
front in black silk with a decorative button at the
center. The ivory lace peers beneath the button as
well. The windowpane fabric appears on the
remainder of the bodice with a decorative border,
piped in white, down either side of the center
front. Long, set in sleeves are piped at the
armcyes and have the same beading along the bottom
edge. An under sleeve in the ivory lace has a black
ribbon border at the wrist. Hook and eye closures
down the center back.

Condition:
Much of the white print has worn from the black.
Several small holes scattered on the bodice, but
nothing awful.
