Description:
This collar went to a gorgeous c,1905 gown but the
customer didn't want the collar, which is never a
good sign. The collar is chartreuse silk covered in
an embroidered ivory silk chiffon. Black floral
lace is appliquéd onto the chiffon. Black
lace velvet ribbons run along the top edge with
bows down the center back. Lined in pink silk.
