Description:
This is an elegant evening gown from c.1990 in navy
blue chiffon and crepe. The gown has a rounded
neckline with an unlined chest yoke. Lined, bustier
shape is dart fitted at the bust. Long, unlined,
set in sleeves. The bodice is heavily decorated in
blue beads and blue pearls with a floral pattern on
the bustier and a windowpane pattern on the yoke
and sleeves. The crepe skirt falls flat from
beneath the dropped waistline. Tall slit at the
center back hemline. Back zipper
closure.
